Hello everyone! I work in a school and we seem to be having an issue with the connection, I’ve tried all the obvious fixes, changing USB ports etc but still nothing it keeps giving me a box that says ‘MotionCard - Soft dog Not the same version!’ when I try to download a file to the machine, please any help will be greatly appreciated!
