I have got a Just Add Sharks Blacknose cutter and I have just bought a Lightburn camera from you. If I try setting up the software automatically it does not find the cutter, so I go to set it up manually. Do you have any idea which controller I would need to set it up?

Its bad news. The Blacknose cutter uses the Leetro controller, which is not compatible with LightBurn software.
Please email me and I can quote you for fitting a new controller to the blacknose which IS compatible with LightBurn (sadly not cheep).
